Hola luego de haber participado en las distintas actividades del Mooc considero que he mejorado mis habilidades para interrelacionarme tanto con colegas docentes como con estudiantes, ya que al poner en práctica los distintos contenidos de las unidades que componen el Mooc,pienso que desarrollar habilidades en Autoconciencia, Autoconocimiento e identificación y regulación de las emociones,Adaptabilidad y optimismo, Empatía y Escucha y comunicación Empática, permitirán a cualquier miembro de la comunidad escolar y en particular a los docentes tener aulas más armoniosas y libre de conflictos

Tarea 2: Reflexión a partir de una metáfora #EduEmocionalMooc

TEXTO PARA REFLEXIONAR

Cuando plantas una lechuga, si no crece bien no echas la culpa a la lechuga. Intentas encontrar las razones por las que no está creciendo correctamente. Puede que necesite fertilizante, o más agua, o menos sol. Nunca le echas la culpa a la lechuga. Sin embargo, cuando tenemos problemas similares con nuestros amigos o familiares solemos echarles la culpa. Pero si sabemos cómo cuidar de ellos, crecerán bien, como la lechuga. Culpar al otro no tiene ningún efecto positivo, y tampoco lo tiene el intentar persuadir usando razones o argumentos. Esa es mi experiencia. No culpar, no razonar, no argumentar, solo comprender. Si comprendes, y demuestras tu comprensión, puedes amar, y las cosas pueden cambiar.

REFLEXIÓN:

Analizando la metáfora se podría hacer la analogía del maestro con un jardinero a cargo de un hermoso jardín es su responsabilidad plantar en él y atender que cada planta vaya creciendo, suministrándole los nutrientes, moviendo la tierra cuando sea necesario, para ello debe prestar mucha atencíón, ya que cada cultivo tiene sus propias características, como conclusión a esta reflexión que una planta crezca adecuadamente será nuestra responsabilidad

1. Evitar los juicios
2. Respetar las diferencias individuales
3. No etiquetar a las personas por una situación o suceso
4. Desarrollar la escucha activa

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA SITUACIÓN

En el entorno laboral estar siempre atento y observar las situaciones y las personas no emitir juicios de valor a priori, no magnificar un problema, escuchar todas las partes que intervienen en un conflicto sin parcializarnos


REFLEXIÓN

Para ser mejores personas debemos escuchar al otro y no realizar juicios ni sacar conclusiones sin haber oído antes toda la situación, nunca tratar a otro como no te gustaría ser tratado
